The new iFA-VisionPro supports the following features:

1) Visual Identification and Positioning

Accurately identify the dispensing position, especially suitable for the accurate position adjustment of the workpiece with irregular feeding.

Automatic identification and positioning of incoming materials, to adapt to multi-species mixed operation scene.

2) Intelligent programming and machining path production

It provides a user-friendly graphical programming interface, which supports the editing of points, lines, curves, circles, rectangles and other graphic elements, and the import of CAD files (such as DXF format) to facilitate the rapid generation of dispensing trajectories.

For rigid bodies, it can automatically calculate and correct the position deviation and angle deviation of the workpiece to ensure the dispensing accuracy.

For flexible items, provide local deformation processing, complete CAD drawings.

3) Environmental adaptability

The image processing arithmetic can deal with low signal to noise ratio and reduce the demand of lighting.
