The Servo Drive Debugging Tool is a tool for configuring, testing and monitoring servo controllers. It allows the user to set drive configuration parameters such as motor and encoder parameters and associated gain settings according to specific motor and application requirements. In addition, the user can dynamically adjust the parameters to optimize the servo performance, such as adjusting the parameters of each loop, gain, and observing the corresponding curves in the oscilloscope for current loop, speed loop, position loop, and voltage test. It can also monitor whether the equipment has warning information such as over-current, over-temperature, over-voltage and so on in real time. The current device configuration can be exported so that it can be quickly imported into other devices of the same specification if needed.
